Returns

Please let us know immediately if your goods arrive damaged. Once you have spoken to us, we will instruct you on sending the goods back and we will either replace the goods or issue a refund.
Please note that we will require proof of posting so that we can refund your costs
# No refunds or exchanges are made on all sale items.
No refunds are offered on all Printed Canvas orders and Love Genevieve T-Shirts unless faulty.
Please include your order receipt with any returns. When we have checked the condition of the returned items and are satisfied that they have been returned to us in the same condition they left us, we will refund you the cost of the goods.

Free samples

Please note that we only dispatch one free sample per household. All free samples are usually dispatched within three days of receipt of order.
